KROHNE was founded in Duisburg in 1921 and is now one of the largest employers in Duisburg. We are passionately committed to our hometown and the Ruhr area as an industrial location.

It is the headquarters of KROHNE Messtechnik GmbH , and Ludwig-Krohne-Straße in Duissern is also the headquarters of the KROHNE Group and the KANEX KROHNE Anlagen Export GmbH.

In addition to Duisburg, KROHNE Messtechnik GmbH operates another manufacturing site in the neighboring city of Moers, as well as sales and service locations in Munich, Ludwigshafen, and Hochheim.

Other locations in Germany include the research and development site at Ruhr University Bochum, the development and production company KROHNE Pressure Solutions in Minden, and the Corporate Test Center in Oberhausen.
