Hundreds of thousands of people are currently out on the streets for a pluralistic society and against xenophobia in Germany. The extremist plans of nationalist circles known as the "Masterplan Remigration" have also horrified us. They not only call into question the social peace of Germany and Europe in the most disgraceful way. They also threaten the continued existence and economic success of our company and thus the prosperity of all KROHNE employees.

Our innovative strength, our long-standing success and our future viability are inconceivable without the diversity of our workforce, without immigration and without internationality. Openness and pluralism have become an integral and irreplaceable part of KROHNE and are now deeply inscribed in the history of our family company. People with a history of migration can be found in all parts of our company, three out of four members of the Executive Board alone.

The Rademacher-Dubbick family and the KROHNE Group Executive Board firmly reject any form of extremism - whether politically or religiously motivated! The right to freedom of political opinion and discussion is a valuable asset for us. However, it only works if mutual respect is maintained.

We therefore ask everyone to keep a watchful eye on political and social developments, to inform yourselves comprehensively and to make use of your political participation in elections, both in national and super-national elections. Only if we live the values of freedom and democracy ourselves will we retain their benefits in the long term!
