KROHNE expands its Duisburg-Duissern site

KROHNE Messtechnik GmbH has acquired part of the TÜV Nord site in Duisburg-Duissern. The company plans to use the site to expand its current site in Ludwig-Krohne-Straße.

The signing of the purchase agreement in July 2024 marks the successful conclusion of several years of negotiations in which KROHNE was able to reach an agreement with the owners TÜV Nord and the City of Duisburg. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

KROHNE acquired a site of approximately 9700 square metres on which the former TÜV Nord building is located. Demolition work is expected to begin in early 2025, after which a new production building will be constructed.
