Dr Attila Michael Bilgic - Chief Executive Officer and Speaker of the board

Dr Attila Michael Bilgic has been a member of the Executive Board since 2017. Since January 2020, he has been Chief Executive Officer and Spokesman of the Executive Board of the KROHNE Group. He is responsible for the areas of research and development, intellectual property, quality management as well as marketing and product management.

In parallel, Attila Bilgic has held the role of Chief Technical Officer since 2009 and has been responsible, for example, for the implementation of fundamental technical aspects for Industry 4.0 and the necessary design of the organizational framework. Here he also uses the experience he gained at Infineon Technologies AG from 2000 to 2009 in the "Communication Solutions" business unit, most recently as Director System Engineering, and from 2007 to 2009 as Head of the "Integrated Systems" Chair at the Ruhr University in Bochum.

Attila Bilgic is a member of the board of the “VDI/VDE-Gesellschaft Mess- und Automatisierungstechnik (GMA)” and the “Fachverband Automation of the ZVEI”, a trustee of the Fraunhofer Institute for Microelectronic Circuits and Systems IMS, and an honorary doctor of the Polytechnic University of Timisoara.

Gaëlle Hotellier - Chief Operating Officer

Gaëlle Hotellier joined the Executive Board of the KROHNE Group in January 2023 in the role of Chief Operating Officer, responsible for Operations, IT and Export Control.

Gaëlle Hotellier joined KROHNE in January 2022 as Executive Vice President Operations. She previously held various management positions within the Siemens Group since 2002. Before joining Siemens, she started her career in the U.S., and then took on various management positions in Germany in the software, energy and telecommunications sectors.

She graduated in organization and production management from the Annecy Institute of Technology (IUT) in her native France, and subsequently earned her Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University in Lubbock (USA).

Gaëlle Hotellier is currently a Non-Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors of Dialight plc in London, and an active member of the Generation CEO network and mentor.

Dott Marco Rudelli - Chief Sales Officer

Dott Marco Rudelli has been a member of the Executive Board of the KROHNE Group since April 2022. Since January 2023 he has held the role of Chief Sales Officer, his areas of responsibility are sales and business development.

In parallel, he is Managing Director of KROHNE Italy in Milan and Managing Director of KROHNE Solutions in Breda.

Marco is a "KROHNE original" and looks back on a long career with the company. After graduating from university with a degree in mathematics, he joined his father's company "Ing. Preda & Rudelli" in 1981, which specialized in process automation solutions. This company had been the Italian representative for KROHNE since 1948, and a deep friendship had developed between the Rademacher-Dubbick and Rudelli families.

Marco also played an active role in the development of sales beyond Italy, initially becoming regional manager for the European Mediterranean countries in 2000. Since July 2006, he has been in charge of worldwide sales.

Ingo Wald - Chief Financial Officer

Ingo Wald is Chief Financial Officer of the KROHNE Group and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2019 with responsibility for Finance and Human Resources.

He has been Managing Director of KROHNE Messtechnik GmbH, Duisburg, since 2006. Since 2014, he has been Chairman of the Board of the Anna Krohne Family Foundation, which was established by the owner family.

Ingo Wald began his career in 1974 with an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at KROHNE. After holding various positions in controlling and finance and completing a degree in business administration, he assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer for the KROHNE Group in 1998.

In addition to his work at KROHNE, Ingo Wald is chairman of the examination board for industrial clerks in mechanical and equipment engineering at the Lower Rhine Chamber of Industry and Commerce and chairman of the board of directors of MSV Duisburg 02 e.V.
